Tom’s understanding of real estate really helped make my move to California much simpler, not to mention more fun than I expected it to be.  This was my first home purchase, and he patiently walked me through the entire process in a simple fashion.  Tom did a great job asking questions and playing devils advocate, even at times that I was rather indecisive.
